Realtors – Imagine that a buyer or seller types “San Diego real estate” into Google and your website is the first site to be shown. While that number one position is difficult to get and to keep, but if you are in the first five that are shown you will get more web traffic.

Do you think that you would get visitors to your site? When they visit your site and you get them to join your sales funnel. What will happen to your business?

Real Estate websites are too numerous to count. So you need to have all the help possible to be on the first page of search engine results when someone is looking for real estate in your area.

Your Individual Real Estate Website “Joe or Josie Realtor.com” should be designed to do 2 things to capture leads. First your website has to show the listings in your area. Second you website has to offer something special and unique that a visitor will receive if they give you their email address.

Special Realtor offers and information could be:

  • Local Discounts and Coupons
  • Local Resource Directory (your network contacts)
  • Free hotel room when the come to the area
  • Free bed & breakfast offers
  • Local Service Clubs
  • Use your imagination and give something of value (to a buyer or seller)

What is not working so well these days is comp, special reports, foreclosure lists, school & utility information and other commodity information. Everyone does that!

Remember, when you add a person to you funnel is just the first step. Having a automated follow-up system in place will have you there when this person decides to buy or sell.
