Developing a Referral Culture is the first step in having a highly effective and reliable Word of Mouth Marketing Campaign in your Business. Having your clients actively promote and refer your business will have your profits and customer satisfaction soar through the roof.

Here are some common Word of Mouth Marketing myths and misconceptions:

  • You can’t count on referrals – A lie LE not only counts on referrals, but their leaders are accountable for meeting specific referral measures for each program ie 1.1 guests per 1.0 participant. That’s their job and they do it…
  • My customers won’t refer me. That’s not true! – you just haven’t asked. Your too busy chasing cold business. Or you may not deserve referrals. If you don’t deliver as promised, don’t return phone calls and don’t make people feel appreciated then you don’t deserve to be referred.
  • I can’t train my clients to refer me. Not true! You just don’t know how to train them and/or you’re not so passionate and enthusiastic about what you do that your willing to let your customers go untrained. The other option is that you suck at what you do. If your not the best – and know that you’re the best you won’t be referred.
